This is the genuine OKIN JLDQ.18.134.333S03 linear actuator. This actuator is direct replacement of the OKIN JLDQ.18.134.333S03 linear actuator, as well as other JLDQ.18.134.333S0X models (such as JLDQ.18.134.333S01). If your model number is different, this actuator won’t be a suitable replacement.
