This is the genuine OKIN JLDQ.19.415.205D04 linear actuator. A durable and reliable replacement drive motor for your power recliner or lift chair’s up/down function.

Please beware:

• This actuator is designed specifically for models with the same JLDQ.19.415.205D04 model number, as well as other JLDQ.19.415.205D0X models (such as JLDQ.19.415.205D02). If your model number is different, this actuator won’t be a suitable replacement.
• This actuator has two cable & plug, a 2 pin male plug connects to the power adapter, and a round 5 pin plug connects to the remote controller
